Background

Serge Ushkevich earned his J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law, where he graduated with honors in immigration law. While completing his legal studies, Serge simultaneously began managing professional mixed martial artists.

After joining the Florida Bar and successfully securing visas for clients in combat sports, Serge recognized a significant gap: many talented athletes were missing out on opportunities in the United States because they lacked a visa altogether, or lacked the proper authorization provided by P-1 and O-1 visas.

Motivated by this need, Serge launched Ushkevich Athletic Immigration PLLC, a law firm dedicated to providing tailored U.S. visa solutions for athletes, their support teams, and families.

COMBAT SPORTS VISAS

Combat sports visa petitions typically demand more extensive evidence and customized arguments compared to those in other sports.

Serge’s extensive background as a follower, competitor, and manager in combat sports equips him with the expertise to craft compelling and detailed visa petitions that meet these unique requirements.

His ability to conduct multilingual research and prepare documentation in English, Russian, and Spanish ensures every petition is comprehensive and impactful, maximizing its effectiveness.
